As one would expect, we initially started working with the rosé from Chateau de Roquefort which makes perfect sense as 88% of the wine produced in Provence is pink. This almost singular focus for the region casts a massive shadow over the rest of the wine production. As we got more involved with Roquefort, we came to really love the red wines! The estate is located at high elevation amphitheater that allows a longer growing season which leads to more freshness and more complete phenolic maturity. The wines show some incredible depth and complexity as a result. The property is farmed biodynamically and certified organic.

The Gueules de Loup is a blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Cinsault, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in 80% cement and 20% wood. It is pure, fresh, and full with red fruits and sublte black fruit with just a touch of earth and grilled meat.
