Rim Rock is ever-constant in its expression of violets – a character of Syrah that is very elusive, and only reveals itself when planted in a great terroir. These delicate floral aromas coalesce with notes of iodine, white pepper and wild blueberry. The wine is restrained but speaks volumes in its subtlety––and ultimately concludes with a persistent finish of dusty tannins.
